We’re Pet Friendly!

GardenHome Apartments is perfect for pet-lovers. A non-refundable pet fee of $750 (per dog) or $500 (per cat) is required. Dogs under 60 lbs are welcome with a limit of two dogs per unit.

Tenants must take full responsibility for their well behaved pets. We provide biodegradable bags for easy pet waste pick-up. Your pets will enjoy the open grassy areas and the walking path for on-leash exercise.

FAQ

  • Our leases are a minimum of one year.

  • To move in, we require:

    -First month’s rent
    -Security deposit (varies per unit)
    -Non-refundable cleaning fee ($400)
    -Non-refundable pet fee (if applicable)
    -Application screening fee ($50 per person)

  • All units are furnished with a refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

  • Yes, we have covered parking at no additional cost.

  • Water, sewer and garbage are included.
